For a few weeks, I've been saturated with the experience of seeing what God had hidden. This includes resources, ideas, material objects, God's favor, and the heart posture of people connected directly and peripherally to my life. While I will not layer you with the details of how I began to see what God had hidden, I will say it has been a liberating process for me, and once I share it, you may feel the same way.

Lost and hidden are two different circumstances.

The woman who lost a coin searched and searched until she found what she had lost (Luke 15:8-9). She was driven by the need to reclaim what she knew she once had in her possession.

Hidden is very different when it comes to the ways of God.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge... Hosea 4:6

Too often, we scramble through situations because the knowledge we need is hidden from our ability to see it. It's not lost, it is hidden.

We spend our valuable resources, such as our time, trying to gain clarity or resolution to a situation that keeps evading us. All because there is a hidden element that has the ability to close the knowledge gap.

⛔️ The most skillful users of what God keeps hidden are spirits! And by spirits, I'm speaking expressly about evil, diabolical spirits who are working the system to destroy the souls of people.

How does this happen?

God is not random, nor is the Lord freestyling with our lives. God has a system!

All of our days have been appointed to us by the Lord. I'm speaking about the number of days we live and how we use these days to advance God's Kingdom and His glory.

We can feel like it's all in flux when we are not instructed in the ways of God (His system), which includes the act of seeking the Lord in all our ways (Proverbs 3:5).

Seeking God in all our ways results in details that were once hidden now becoming "unhidden".

Okay, I'll share one personal example. Following an instruction that God had given to me, I began to discern that something was "off", and as a result, I felt the void in the area of confidence for what God had assigned to my hands. I was bothered by a void of confidence for no apparent reason.

I sought the Lord on the matter. It was a simple inquiry... "God, something is not right; what is it?"

Just as Scripture promised, God began to shine a light on an action I should take. Simple one-step actions (Psalm 119:105) that I persistently followed until, after many weeks of seeking, I arrived at the insights that had been deliberately hidden and/or convoluted from the view of customers such as myself. I could have become paralyzed by the revelation of what I learned, but instead, I knew God had answered the inquiry and revealed what had been hidden from my view. Most importantly, provision was already available. God didn't have to create a fix on the spot because the resource was available. I only needed to see what had been hidden from my knowledge.

Let's go back for a second.

I said that spirits are skillful users of what God keeps hidden. Let me explain. When we don't understand or choose not to operate within God's system of seeking Him, the barriers, hindrances, and failed attempts to accomplish what God has assigned to our hands will become a weight on our souls. Following that weight comes the worst thing of all...

• Doubt about what God spoke to you
• Doubt that God supplied you adequately for the task
• Doubt that God is able!

The gap that should be filled with seeking the Lord becomes filled by diabolical spirits feeding the mind with debilitating accusations against how God made you and even against God.

Here is the bottom line for your meditation and intentional action...

Accept that God has hidden knowledge, resources, ideas, people etc, because He wants you to seek Him. Seeking God allows you to see the assaults and trickery of diabolical spirits as well as the methods of defeating each of their attacks.

Hidden is not meant to frustrate you.

Hidden is part of God's ways.
